Essential Functions & Responsibilities
Customer Support: Provide intensive holistic support to our clients in the paint and tool trade industry.
Sales and Training: Advise and sell high-quality tools through demonstrations and end-user training sessions.
Employee Training: Train and instruct responsible employees at our sales partners and training centers.
Event Coordination: Organize and conduct customer events and trade fairs with specialist dealers.
Product Training: Independently organize and conduct detailed product training sessions.
Required Qualifications
Field Experience: Field service experience, ideally within the tool or paint industry, particularly in the Car Refinish Segment.
Organizational Talent: Exceptional ability to coordinate tasks and schedules.
Presentation Skills: Confident and articulate presenter, capable of addressing large groups and various hierarchical levels.
Independence: Independent work style.
Travel Flexibility: Willingness to travel frequently, including overnight stays.
Language Proficiency: Proficient in English, Arabic, and/or Urdu and Hindi, with experience in delivering technical training content being advantageous.
Technical Skills: Good knowledge of MS Office applications.
